Brewing System

Our beers are hand crafted in small batches on a five-barrel system. The volume we produce allows a hands-on approach to every beer we create.

The Tap Room has 6 brews on draft during the summer season. Our canning line is running and we are in production year-round. You will find our canned beer at liquor stores throughout the western slope of Colorado.

At the beginning of 2011, we expanded our distribution to the entire state of Colorado.

Joel and Kate Harvie

Owners

Joel began home brewing over 20 years ago, and received formal brewing training from the Siebel Institute of Technology and World Brewers Academy.

Coming from a family with brewing history, Kate Huber-Harvie was excited to bring a brewery back to Silverton.

During a visit to Silverton, Joel and Kate fell in love with the town. They opened the Silverton Brewing Company in the summer of 2005 and have been living the dream ever since.

Caroline comes to Silverton from Ft.Collins, Colorado where she was a brewer with Equinox Brewing.  Silverton Brewery is excited to have her on board.
